		<description><![CDATA[If run of the river were a competitive means of generating power i would support it even tho there is a hugh impact on the environment and the fishery.  Coupled with the excessive costs of the  power which rate payers will cover in their hydro bills and the enviromental costs I do not support the Bute Inlet Run of the River Project.]]></description>
